White Bird Dental Clinic will be offering another free dental clinic at Cascade Middle School in April for 6th and 7th grade students.  They offer free dental hygiene screening, teeth cleaning, fluoride varnish treatments, and sealants.  If you want your child to receive these services, please pick up a form from the front office, fill it out, and return to the Health Room by April 1st.  If you already filled out the paperwork in the fall your child will receive services and you do not need to fill it out again.
